  • Hygiene products and custom-made items cannot be returned for safety reasons.


3. Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated or agreed.


4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days using the original payment method.
