Delivery to New Zealand usually takes 7–10 business days. Loranor is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns

Customers have the right to return or exchange their order within 90 days of receipt, provided the products are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

5. Warranty

Loranor guarantees that its products meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability. Any manufacturing defects will be repaired or refunded within the statutory period.

6. Liability

Loranor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the relevant product.

8. Governing Law
